Processing Time:
All orders are made fresh. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Rates:
We ship nationwide within the continental U.S. using USPS and UPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Warm Weather & Perishable Products:
Because our treats are perishable, we pack everything with care to ensure freshness on arrival. During warm months, we may include insulation or ice packs for certain products. Please make sure someone is available to receive your order promptly so it doesn’t sit outside.

Local Pickup:
If you’re near Alva, OK, you can select Local Pickup at checkout. Pickups are by appointment only, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with details once your order is ready.

Delays & Tracking:
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. Please note that carrier delays (weather, holidays, etc.) are out of our control, but we’ll always do our best to help if issues arise.

No Refunds for Incorrect Addresses:
Double-check your shipping info—Sugar Belle is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
