The holiday season is all about giving, loving, and lifting each other up — and this year, Sugar Belle Candy Co. is proud to partner with the Hope Is Alive Foundation to bring comfort, warmth, and a little joy to individuals in recovery across Northwest Oklahoma.

Our Christmas Comfort Drive is officially underway, and we’re inviting our community in Alva, Enid, Woodward, Fairview, Waynoka, Cherokee, and surrounding areas to join us in making a real difference this December.

What Is the Christmas Comfort Drive?

The Christmas Comfort Drive is a community-wide donation effort designed to provide essential items to people in addiction recovery programs through the Hope Is Alive Foundation.

These men and women are working hard to rebuild their lives, reconnect with family, and step into a healthier future. Our goal is simple: make sure they feel seen, supported, and celebrated during the holidays.

What We’re Collecting

We are focusing on high-impact items that bring dignity, usefulness, and comfort:

  • Journals & Notebooks

  • New Clothing — Men’s & Women’s

  • Hygiene Products (body wash, shampoo/conditioner, deodorant, razors, feminine products, etc.)

  • Socks & Cozy Accessories

  • Small gifts that spark joy and encouragement

Every donation goes directly to individuals in recovery through the Hope Is Alive homes here in Oklahoma.

Where You Can Drop Off Donations

To make it easier for the entire NW Oklahoma community to participate, we have multiple drop-off locations:

  • Alva – Sugar Belle Candy Co. (pop-ups + local partnerships)

  • Enid – Drop box location available

  • Woodward – Drop box location available

  • Additional cities may be added as local businesses join the mission!

How to Get Involved (Even If You Don’t Have Items to Donate)

We know the holidays are tight for many families. If donating items isn’t possible right now, you can still participate in meaningful ways:
